Schubach Street
Project Details:
Lot 10 Schubach Street is currently DA approved for 2 multipurpose industrial units, (see plan attached). Barker group has identified a gap in the current market for the need of small owner occupied industrial units, for tenants amongst the like of small self-employed trades people and retirees that are downsizing their houses but still need somewhere to store all their goods accumulated over the years. Thurgoona Service Station
Project Details:
Barker Group is currently constructing a BP service station on the corner of Thurgoona Drive and Table Top Road. This service station will commence operation mid November 2018.
